Our main goal is serving you, that is why we have a full-time patient representative available to talk with you or your family should you have any concerns or problems during your stay with us. Our patient advocate will work with you to resolve any issues.
The Patient Advocate office is located on the 1st floor near the Outpatient Registration Desk and Main Family Waiting Area. Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or by phone at (618) 998-7627. You can also contact email our patient advocate through our Contact Us section.
