Dr. Bleyer Chooses Heartland Regional

Heartland’s River to River Heart Group is the centerpiece to our cardiac care program. The River to River group brings together the collective experience of seven of the nation’s most talented cardiologists who have trained at some of the country’s most prestigious medical centers, in a single practice.

Medical Director Parag Madhani, M.D. has been recognized on the America’s Top Cardiologists list by the Consumers Research Council of America. In 2008, three leading cardiologists joined the group.

Frank Bleyer, M.D., F.A.C.C. was named one of America’s Best Doctors in 2007. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and serves as Chairman of the Advocacy Committee of the Missouri chapter. A professor at University of St. Louis and program director of the university’s cardiology fellowship program, his research interests include clinical trial investigations in the therapy of coronary heart disease.

The group practices at our River to River Heart Center, a $2 million, 7,400 square- foot facility which opened in January 2008. The facility features the latest technology and convenient, comprehensive care for our patients’ heart needs.
